Plai (pronounced “ply”), a native plant of Thailand. In traditional Thai medicine, Plai is used after injury, long days of work, or intense physical exertion to soothe sore muscles and reduce swelling. When a fighter limps off the ring or an elder’s joints begin to ache, Plai is what’s applied.

Plai contains Terpinen-4-ol and sabinene, natural compounds with anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and antimicrobial effects. Potent, yet gentle enough for daily use.
